FAQs
How will I know when I get a registration via ActivityHero?
You'll be alerted by email the moment a registration is completed. Or, we can set up data integration with your registration system when there are more than 10 registrations per month.
How many spots can I offer?
You are in complete control of how many spots you offer in each session. We recommend you offer at least 3-5 spots to start. If your session fills up, simply change your number of available spots to 0. (We'll even start a waitlist for you.)
How will I collect payment?
hen you upgrade, you'll set up a payment account on WePay. ActivityHero collects online payments from families, then securely direct deposits your payment (daily or weekly) via WePay. Or get weekly checks mailed to you.
What information will come with each registration?
All registrations include standard participant information. In addition, you can set up custom data fields for any other questions you'd like families to answer.
What if I want to be on ActivityHero, but I don't want you to take registrations for me?
ActivityHero isn't just a directory -- we're an online marketplace. Our goal is to make activity registration super simple for families. That means families can add multiple activities to one shopping cart and have one, easy check-out. To be part of the ActivityHero marketplace, you'll need to accept registrations from the families who shop with us.
We offer special plans for overnight camps and certain types of classes where families submit a contact form instead of registering.
Can ActivityHero help with all my online registrations?
Yes! Our SuperHero online registration tools are easy to install on your on website. Designed especially for camps & kids' activities, these tools have all the features you'll need to simplify your registrations and ease your workload. (It's really reasonably priced, too.)
