How do points work?
You automatically accrue Hero Rewards points for every qualifying purchase you make on the ActivityHero marketplace. Once you're ready to redeem your points (minimum of 500) for ActivityHero credits, you can visit My Account > Credits and select the Redeem button. Use your ActivityHero credits on any future registrations on the ActivityHero marketplace.
Do points expire?
Hero Rewards Points expire one year after earning them. Points have no monetary value. ActivityHero credits expire 30 days after redemption.
What is a qualifying purchase?
Qualifying purchase is any paid marketplace total purchase includes optional and additional fees (such as extended care), including the session base price.
Are there any restrictions on qualifying purchases?
Purchases must be made through the ActivityHero marketplace. Registrations made through ActivityHero widgets on partner sites do not qualify for Hero Rewards points. Hero Rewards are not combinable with other promotional offers.
What if I cancel a registration that I used rewards on?
If you spent your credits on a registration that was canceled and is valid for a refund, your credits will be reposted to your account following the completion of the refund processing.
